At Shars Creations, we offer two types of products: pre-order / made-to-order items and a limited selection of ready-to-ship (in-stock) items. Shipping conditions differ depending on the product type.

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

Most products in this shop are sold as pre-orders. Items are not in stock and are only produced after the pre-order period has closed.

Pre-orders open and close on specific dates, or once a maximum number of orders has been reached. Once the pre-order window closes, production begins.

Because each item is handmade, please allow a production period of 2–6 weeks before your order is shipped. This timeframe may vary depending on order volume and customization options (such as size, color, or keychains).

Ready-to-Ship (In-Stock) Items

If a product is marked as in-stock / ready to ship, your order will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Shipping Times

After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days
  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • International: 5–12 business days (may extend to 2–3 weeks depending on destination, customs, and local postal services)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal services and destination.

Shipping Carrier

We ship all orders via DHL.

Tracking

We aim to ship all orders with tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. If tracking is available, a tracking number will be included in this email.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders that meet the following thresholds:

  • Netherlands: Free shipping on orders over €100
  • Europe: Free shipping on orders over €200
  • International: No free shipping threshold applies

Digital Products

Digital products are not part of the shipping system and are delivered instantly after purchase. After payment is completed, you will receive immediate access via email or a download link.

Customs & International Orders

We ship internationally. Customs fees, import taxes, or additional charges may apply depending on your country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services once an order has been shipped.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Delays

Because pre-order and made-to-order items are handmade and produced after the order period closes, production times may vary. We always aim to complete orders as efficiently as possible, but delays may occur during high-demand drops or due to circumstances beyond our control.
