What is a pre-order?

Pre-orders mean the item is made after you place your order. This allows me to create each plushie with care and attention

How long does production of a pre-order take?

Production time varies per pre-order and depends on the order period length. The estimated production time is listed on each product page. Some items may be made earlier during the pre-order period.

When does the pre-order period close?

Each pre-order has its own opening and closing date, which is listed on the product page. Production may begin during or after the pre-order period. Make sure to order before the deadline to secure your item!

Why do you use pre-orders?

All items are made to order, meaning I only start creating them after you place your order. This helps reduce waste and allows each item to be made with care and attention. Some products also offer customization options, such as choosing colors or adding/removing details like a keychain, so your item can be made more personal to your preference.

Can I cancel my pre-order?Β 

Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, production may have already begun and cancellations are no longer possible. If you wish to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible at bysharscreations@gmail.com.

When will my order be shipped and do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Estimated delivery times after shipping are:

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days
  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • International: 5–12 business days (may extend to 2–3 weeks depending on destination and customs)
How long does shipping take?

For pre-order items, please allow 2–6 weeks for production before shipping. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1–3 business days. After shipping, delivery times depend on your location (see above).

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary by location:

  • Netherlands: €4.95
  • Europe: €12.95
  • International: €30.00
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! I offer free shipping on orders over €100 within the Netherlands and over €200 within Europe. International orders do not qualify for free shipping.

When will my order be shipped?

Pre-order items are handmade after the order period closes. Please allow a production time of 2–6 weeks before your order is shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact me immediately at bysharscreations@gmail.com. I will do my best to accommodate changes, but this is only possible before I started production on your order.

Are all items handmade?

Yes! All handmade items and physical products at Shars Creations are handmade with care. Because each item is made to order, no two pieces are exactly alike. That's what makes them special! 🧸

What materials do you use?Β 

I use high-quality materials to ensure my items are safe and cuddly. Specific material details are listed on each product page.

Do you offer custom sizes or colors?Β

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept all major payment methods available at checkout, including credit/debit cards and other local payment options.

Can I return my order?

Ready-to-ship items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Pre-order and made-to-order items cannot be returned once production has started. Please review our full Return & Refund Policy for more details.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact me within 14 days if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Reach out to me at bysharscreations@gmail.com and i will work with you to find a solution.

How do I receive my digital product?

After your payment is completed, you will receive an email with a download link or direct access to your files. If you experience any issues, please contact us at bysharscreations@gmail.com.

Can I get a refund on a digital product?

Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal upon download.

Will my item look exactly like the photo?

Each item is handmade, so small differences can happen, this is what makes every item unique
